We built Add On IDX to support designers building real estate websites using our IDX widgets on different platforms. We don't offer ready made template websites.
What is the difference between the Broker and Agent plans?
Add On IDX includes two types of plans. Broker plans and Agent plans. Broker plans are for brokerage websites with multiple agents each wanting to display their listings, being able to distribute leads and more. Agent plans are for individual agent websites.
Do your IDX widgets use iFrames?
Add On IDX widgets use Javascript code that you can easily embed onto your website.
What platforms does Add On IDX support?
Our IDX widgets can easily be embedded on almost any platform. As long as your platform allows for embedding of Javascript code, you will be able to add our widgets to your website. For a full list of platforms see this page: https://www.addonidx.com/platforms
Is there a demo version?
Due to the strict guidelines surrounding MLS listings, we need to get your paperwork approved by your local MLS before we can give you access to listings. So unfortunately we are not able to offer you a demo account.
How long does it take to get started?
After you've added your site to Add On IDX, we will begin the process to get your IDX paperwork approved by your MLS. This generally takes less than a week but in most cases only takes a few days. We will notify you if we need you to fill out any forms and we will also notify you when your paperwork has been approved.
Is there an annual contract?
Add On IDX is a month-to-month service. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at anytime. Of course we hope you love using Add On IDX and remain a customer for a long time.
How customizable are the IDX widgets?
Each of our IDX widgets include some customizable settings where you can choose from a set of options. You can also further customize their appearance by applying CSS styles to the various elements of the widget.
Which MLS/IDX areas do you support?
We serve more than 450 real estate boards/associations. If you're within the U.S. or Canada, we can most likely provide IDX for your board. See our IDX coverage areas for more details.
